The insulation was ok done but wen the Enjerner left I couldn't close my electric garage door I rang home 4 times they said someone will call me back but no one did I have terminal Cancer and u can can get in my house through my garage door I had to call my Son who stayed up all night for me
The engineer who came was very professional and punctual. Cleaned every last bit of mess up and ran through the app with me to get started even helping me input all my tariffs and vehicles.
The communication before the install was very good with emailed booking and also a courtesy call a week or so before to ensure everything was good for the install to go ahead.
I have not used the charger yet but i feel very confident its going to work a treat.
UPDATE: Ohme DO NOT supply a cable as part of their fitting. A chargebale OPTION! 5mtr lead for £169. Rediculous situation & NOT VERY HAPPY. Removed stars to reflect thiis .
Installer arrived promptly, after a chat as to where I preferred the charger he got straight on with it. I had to attend a hospital, so importunately had leave before completion. A charger cable was not supplied at installation but I’m given to understand OHME will supply this direct. PLEASE
The charger looks good and has a lot of controls to make it easy to use. Smaller than my last one .
Daniel the installation man came on time and did a professional job . He show me how to link up the app and how to use it . He even swept up and cleaned all around. So thank you
I have had only pleasant and helpful dealings with OHME. I am new to EV's, and I am still waiting for the delivery of my vehicle. The only issue I have had with Ohme is their insistence that I install a ramp for the cable to ensure safe passage along the pathway. The only issue is that the path goes nowhere but into a fence or a door into the rear of my property, and if I trip over it will be my fault, and like a certain head of state, I will sue myself for 10 billion. I was also told that Synergy would not be able to install the charger unless I had one. I felt I was strong-armed into paying £96.00, but that said, everything else has been a positive experience.
Domonic was my installer; he called to explain and apologise for being held up at a previous installation. He arrived, and as he did, the heavens opened. He insisted that the installation be completed because he did not want to let me down. Domonic worked through the evening and actually past his finishing time to install our Ohme 8m cabled charger.
He was very professional and polite, tidied up after himself, all while being soaked and in the dark. He explained the app and charger completely, and I was left extremely happy with his professionalism and professionalism. Domonic is a great asset to Synergy. Thank you so much.
Fantastic! Christopher was patient in discussing the location of our charger; talked us through the options and then let us think about the right choice. Once decided he worked very efficiently and kept us informed of when electricity was going to need to go off and how long that would be. He was quick, tidy and did a great job. When finished he then explained the app and answered all my questions. Delighted with the service he offered.
The engineer arrived on time. He was courteous and very respectful. He completed the installation to my requirements and he finished of by cleaning everything and removing all rubbish. He gave a full demonstration of the system and explained how to download the app to control the charging. An exceptional installation by an extremely competent engineer.
