I contacted Ohms after being unsuccessful in getting a company to remove a faulty inverter and replace with a new one that I had received as part of a warranty. So happy that their facebook advert popped up. Nicole at customer service answered any questions and arranged a quote. Nothing was a problem and having someone so helpful and who delivered made such a difference. Billy was again very helpful in arranging a date very quickly to have the work done. The workman who came on the day arrived early and called in advance which was great and completed the job in an excellent manner answering any questions. I cannot thank Ohms enough and would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.
