I registered and paid for an annual plan. Within 24 hours, I was told my prescription was ready and I just had to approve it. I did so the following morning. Then nothing… no progress, no communication, nothing. I reached out multiple times and just got automated responses from their bot and when I finally got someone, all they did was stall me. After two weeks of no progression and “your prescription has been approved and there’s nothing to do on your end” replies, I finally had enough and told them I wanted a full refund. They replied with a total disregard of my request for refund and told me “If there are any additional delays in shipping or if your order status does not change soon, please let me know, and I'll assist you further” (more stalling).You can cancel through their website and pay a $100 cancellation fee (because they can’t get their $h!t together?). Not sure why the customer would get penalized when the company doesn’t hold up their end of the agreement. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card. Save yourself the aggravation, they may have cheap pricing but what good is it if you can’t get the product?
