Review Time
I've been using the medication at 9 MG per week for around 12 weeks and have gained 12 pounds. I wanted to consult with a provider about adjusting the dosage to a more effective level. The website claims "Response time less than 24 hours," but after 5 days, I still haven't heard back. I reached out to the support team for help, but that was unhelpful as well. There are plenty of other options available, and I don't want to deal with this misleading information about response times and escalation.
Charged for 6 months, provided with 3 months. Was told I needed to renew "intake forms" by Ai customer service to receive next three months (of what i had already paid for). I repeated requested help finding these forms, as they are nowhere to be found. I messaged the "provider chat", the "customer service chat" and the customer service email. All with no resolution to the issue. Multiple messages assured me my concerns were being sent to someone who would follow up. No one ever followed up. This is a predatory service. Avoid at all costs.
I wish I could give this company a -5/5 stars. I received my medicine, NOT cool, ice packs were literally warm to the touch. Beside that I have had a horrible rash erupt at the site after each and every injection. (I am a nurse so there is no way I'm doing it wrong). Multiple attempts to contact the company and pharmacy have gone ignored. Actually the pharmacy website is "unable to be found" and phone numbers do not connect to anyone. On top of the rash, I had all over itching. Yes all signs of a reaction. But funny thing is, I have taken legitimate Tirzepitide without any issues in the past. I also have drastically adjusted my diet and exercise routines and have literally lost 1 pound and 2 ounces in 8 weeks. This makes me feel like I received some sort of concoction that has zero GLP-1 in it, So now that I've purchased the 3 Month pack ($750) I am stuck without any support or doctors opinions. I have contacted a a lawyer for further assistance. Please BEWARE of this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I've used GLP for a couple of years with other companies , and never had the problems. The medication made me sick. even though i am used thd the GLP?...... no one can answer where its made. i called 2 weeks ago to cancel because of this. They are claiming i didn't cancel. Trying to get $450 from me... not going to happen... Bogus , sub-standard and they just keep telling you the same answers when call. that they are going to charge me regardless. DO NOT USE THEM
I registered and paid for an annual plan. Within 24 hours, I was told my prescription was ready and I just had to approve it. I did so the following morning. Then nothing… no progress, no communication, nothing. I reached out multiple times and just got automated responses from their bot and when I finally got someone, all they did was stall me. After two weeks of no progression and “your prescription has been approved and there’s nothing to do on your end” replies, I finally had enough and told them I wanted a full refund. They replied with a total disregard of my request for refund and told me “If there are any additional delays in shipping or if your order status does not change soon, please let me know, and I'll assist you further” (more stalling).You can cancel through their website and pay a $100 cancellation fee (because they can’t get their $h!t together?). Not sure why the customer would get penalized when the company doesn’t hold up their end of the agreement. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card. Save yourself the aggravation, they may have cheap pricing but what good is it if you can’t get the product?
SCAM !!!!You will think youre getting help for your needs and be met POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. They have taken days to return any messaging, will not call you back, will not assist you in any kind of actual way other than taking your money. These people will not help you if you have any problems, starting with billing on up. This is not a real business, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
