Firstly my order was delivered to the wrong address. Eventually a neighbour from down the street handed this to me. After opening it I was missing trousers I ordered for my daughters birthday. Contacted customer support who advised they checked cctv and the item was pscked even though its clearly NOT THERE. They have refused to replace this point blank. Absolute SCAM COMPANY, I've ordered a few things from here but never ever again. Worst experience of my life
