Had an issue with receiving email from courier to pay duties for my package from Oh Polly. I reach out to Oh Polly Customer service, and they assisted me in a timely matter with this issue.

Paid for express shipping- that was 16 days ago and dress still “label created” status. They offered me a 15 dollar credit?! Be serious- they are a scam!
Re their reply- we have done that 2x already and ZERO response. Hilarious they respond here.
The products have great quality and the designs are beautiful. The dress arrived within the estimated time without any issues. The only thing was that the tag was not attached to the dress. But after contacting the costumer support I could still return the item. (The size was a bit too tight) I will definitely order at oh polly again ☺️
Firstly my order was delivered to the wrong address. Eventually a neighbour from down the street handed this to me. After opening it I was missing trousers I ordered for my daughters birthday. Contacted customer support who advised they checked cctv and the item was pscked even though its clearly NOT THERE. They have refused to replace this point blank. Absolute SCAM COMPANY, I've ordered a few things from here but never ever again. Worst experience of my life
I had an issue with a dress size and was needing a return. Eva was so quick, kind and clear to help me. She provided me with fantastic customer service and all the information I needed. Hi had a slight issue with a dress when I received it it was very minor however I just wanted to bring it to the company’s attention. I spoke to three lovely girls Kasia, Chloe and Paige who responded so quickly and were so polite and helpful. They offered me multiple options and were all suitable and and I was more than happy with the service provided. The dress was also amazing quality and everyone complimented me on how nice it looked too. Great service !!
I truly regret my purchase from the company. Their sizing is significantly off—these garments seem tailored for teenage girls rather than adult women. I’m petite at 118 lbs and usually wear a size 2. I ordered size 2 corsets and a dress, but everything was incredibly small—one piece wouldn’t even fit over my head when I tried it on.
Their return policy is also quite frustrating. They require you to pay to return items, and they don’t issue refunds—they only provide store credit. I’m reluctant to use the store credit because I lack confidence in their sizing after this experience. This feels misleading, and I wouldn’t suggest purchasing unless you’re ready for potential sizing problems and a store-credit-only return.
I ordered on December 15th, with a promised delivery by December 25th at the latest. My order never arrived, and I haven't received any updates about its status since December 19th. This service is extremely disappointing. There is no contact number available to reach out for assistance.
