I paid for expedited shipping and still experienced a delay in my order, which caused my dress to arrive after an event I ordered it specifically for. I contacted customer service and explained what happened and requested a refund for the extra costs I paid for special shipping. Liv and Eleanor were very understanding and super helpful. They first issued me a gift card for $10 but I explained that although I appreciated the gesture I would much rather prefer a refund for the full amount I paid on shipping costs. They processed a full refund for the shipping costs and said I should see it within 72 hours. I appreciated their flexibility, kindness and quick responses. Excellent customer service ladies!
