I preordered a rug on the 5th of this month, expecting a straightforward delivery as they gave me a timeframe. It was meant to be dispatched yesterday, but I’ve had zero updates. I filled out the online form, reached out on social media multiple times, and still have received no response from customer service. The silence is frustrating and unacceptable. If this is how they handle basic orders, I dread to think what happens when something goes wrong. I want my rug, or at the very least, some communication on when it is due!
