Had to give it one star. Couldn’t give it a 0 otherwise I would. DONT order from this company. You’ll not get your order and trying to get through to them is like knocking head against brick wall. Money lost, lesson learnt. PLEASE give them a wide berth.

Missing items and lack of communication is disappointing.

I have missing items from my order and have received no responses, which is quite unfortunate. I had been saving up to purchase these items, including blankets for my children. Sadly, as a responsible parent, I will have to sacrifice my own needs to ensure they have what they require.

Terrible experience with the company

If I could rate zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disappointment. I ordered an item that was marked as delivered, but the delivery photo is unclear. I attempted to contact the support team but received no replies to my multiple emails, only automated responses. They clearly don't care about their customers once they have your payment. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Positive experience despite mixed reviews

After reading some reviews that I don't understand, I've been shopping with this company for over a year and a half, and everything I've received has been quite good. I've spent a significant amount on bedding, rugs, curtains, and furniture. Friends and family are also impressed by the quality and pricing.

Very dissatisfied with the service

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered bedding and have yet to receive it. I've sent several emails with no response, and there’s no live chat available. This experience makes me hesitant to order again. I first contacted them on October 31, and still no word back. Very poor customer service.

Disappointing quality of the product

I ordered a throw hoping to gift it for Christmas. Unfortunately, the quality was shockingly poor, with very thin material that I couldn't possibly give as a present. I returned it but was charged a fee for the return! It's unacceptable to charge customers to return subpar products. I used to think this place was decent, but it’s clearly not worth it. Avoid at all costs.

Quality issues with the product

I purchased two duvet sets, but they arrived with cotton threads hanging from the seams. I wouldn’t buy from them again. They say I can get a refund, but now I have to return them to a pickup location.

Frustrated with the company's communication

The communication from this company has been terrible. I can't call them; I can only email, and they hardly respond. I've been waiting two weeks for my order, which was supposed to be delivered but has now been returned. There's no information in my account about what's happening. It's been very stressful.
