Fake products, and when I told them to get a refund they started saying that they are not fake and told me that if I want a refund I have to contact someone else. I know that they are fake because i already had same products which are obviously real. Everytime I send an email to explain that I wasn't satisfied with my products and to have a refund, they always give me another email to contact.
