I’ve ordered from them before (in 2023 and 2021) and previously been very happy with the experience. However, I made an order on 11th of December 2025 and have yet to recieve my glasses. I understand there may be delays due to the holidays, but the situation is made worse by the fact that customer service does not reply. I sent my first email on 12th of December, asking for a receipt, they have yet to reply. Now I have written to them again on 6th and 8th of January with no replies. Either reply in a couple of minutes like you advertise or change the welcome texts.Update: I’ve changed my rating from one star to three stars, as after some communication via phone I was able to get a refund. I understand that the non-delivery of the glasses was not due to any fault of the company, however, the lack of communication was not appreciated. Not sure if I will order again.
