Waiting for glasses for way over the promised timelines and phone number is cut and emails don’t get any response after over a month!
Want to cry and still unable to have my very needed glasses 👓🥵
The product is great, although very limited styles for men. However no responses to emails, no responses to Instagram questions, no responses to what's app messages, and no response to Facebook posts! Apart from automated AI thanks for reaching out. The onsite chat also gives no response! Absolute shambles and utter bollocks!Wanted to place a second order and order a new set of lenses to replace scratched ones! Obviously don't want my second order!SHAME AS THE GLASSES ARE BRILLIANT BUT NO STAFF BY THE LOOK OF THINGS!!! 😬 😬 😬
I’ve ordered from them before (in 2023 and 2021) and previously been very happy with the experience. However, I made an order on 11th of December 2025 and have yet to recieve my glasses. I understand there may be delays due to the holidays, but the situation is made worse by the fact that customer service does not reply. I sent my first email on 12th of December, asking for a receipt, they have yet to reply. Now I have written to them again on 6th and 8th of January with no replies. Either reply in a couple of minutes like you advertise or change the welcome texts.Update: I’ve changed my rating from one star to three stars, as after some communication via phone I was able to get a refund. I understand that the non-delivery of the glasses was not due to any fault of the company, however, the lack of communication was not appreciated. Not sure if I will order again.
I ordered glasses from this company a couple of years ago and everything was fine. Because of that, I decided to order again in December. Unfortunately, this time the experience has been very disappointing. I haven’t received any updates since December 29th, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I tried contacting the company several times by phone and email, but got no response. I’m very disappointed and am now planning to contact the consumer protection department.
Bought hair a pair of glasses, like, you know, as a typical online customer, checked the assortment, found the pair that would fir my style the best and ordered it... Nothing was difficult to be honest and navigation was seamless on the website as well as the process of issuing an order. BUT! MY glasses came to me without lenses :D Damn, idk why but there were no lenses while it's thought to be the most expensive detail in glasses. I had to pay almost the same price for lenses=)) Not good.
Excellent service, generous prices. I have been using their products for a few of years now, have one pair for reading and one with progressive lenses. Last month my reading glasses got broken, so I reached out to OhSpecs for another pair. Turns out I was one of the first clients ever, so to my surprise they offered me a free pair!They have an eye check cabinet in my town, also free. Visited in August last year, pleasant experience as well.Thanks to the employees for their attention and good service.
