I had a very disappointing experience with OxLiving.From the outset, communication was inconsistent and often delayed. Emails went unanswered for extended periods, and when responses did arrive they did not fully address the questions raised. This made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful.During the tenancy process, key information was either unclear or provided at the last minute. This created avoidable uncertainty and required repeated follow-up on my part. Expectations around timelines and responsibilities were not communicated transparently.I also found the handling of [maintenance issues / deposit matters / contract queries – insert what actually applies] to be unsatisfactory. Despite raising concerns clearly and promptly, the matter was not resolved in a timely or satisfactory way.Overall, I would not recommend OxLiving based on my experience. Professional communication, transparency and responsiveness are basic expectations in the housing sector, and in my case these standards were not met.
