The service is poor. I ordered a laundry basket on 26th Dec. The order did not go through as I received no confirmation. I reordered and then both confirmations came through. I immediately contacted OK Living to cancel one order. First email said no order could be seen and then a second said they could not cancel the order and refuse one delivery. I heard nothing from the company until 6th January to be told both were delayed. I wait now for an update
