I mentioned in my review that I was missing item 18 and the vouchers. They requested a photo of the empty drawer, which was odd, as I explained the products were for Christmas and the box was disposed of. I've emailed multiple times with no response. Disappointing customer service; it's unfortunate that the service undermines the quality of the products.
