These monthly boxes are a fantastic way to try new items or get some of my favourite products. This box was no exception. The hair fragrance smells amazing and will be great on holiday. The eyebrow gel is fantastic and very easy to use. The night cream I’ve been wanting to try for ages but I’m keeping it for my holiday as it’s a perfect size. The lash serum I’m hoping will improve my sparse menopausal lashes and brows. All while saving loads of money too.
Well I didn't receive my first box so decided to cancel my subscription.. But got a replacement box... Wasn't that excited to receive it especially after the delay and back n forth in communication... I was so over it. So by the time the box turned up... There was no wow factor. So no regrets for cancelling my subscription
Great products , absolutely perfect mix of products, the oil is amazing as is the hair shine spray and the candles lovely 👌🏻the perfumes are gorgeous , so nice I treated my daughter to one 🫶🏻love these boxes , always a lovely treat
The mystery box had products from the last three subscription boxes. While the subscription boxes are good value, I recommend avoiding the mystery boxes if you're a monthly subscriber. I also reached out about broken glass from the eye roller in my last subscription box and haven't heard back in two weeks.

I mentioned in my review that I was missing item 18 and the vouchers. They requested a photo of the empty drawer, which was odd, as I explained the products were for Christmas and the box was disposed of. I've emailed multiple times with no response. Disappointing customer service; it's unfortunate that the service undermines the quality of the products.
