I wish I had read the reviews for this website before purchasing ! I ordered a hoody for my daughter, and the item took ages to arrive and was not like the advertised product AT ALL. The quality was appalling and the colour nothing like the photos. I have contacted customer services for a refund and received no response. Looking at other reviews this seems very common.
