Bought what I thought was a Ralph…

Bought what I thought was a Ralph Lauren blouse. What I got was a blouse made in china with no Ralph Lauren labels or logos. Selling counterfeit clothing. Avoid at all costs. They are fraudsters. False advertisement and fraudulent sales of designer goods and delivering fake goods weeks later from urchase date.

AVOID!!

I wish I had read the reviews for this website before purchasing ! I ordered a hoody for my daughter, and the item took ages to arrive and was not like the advertised product AT ALL. The quality was appalling and the colour nothing like the photos. I have contacted customer services for a refund and received no response. Looking at other reviews this seems very common. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Ralph Lauren Shirt & received a totally different Blouse with Label "Chao Yi Fang". I followed instructions & emailed return request. After 4 emails with no reply, I filed a dispute with my Credit Card Company. DO NOT recommend doing business with OKOHOKO.

I bought a brown jacket thinking if I didn't like it, I could use their money back guarantee to get a refund. The jacket turned up and was a black, so I reached out to them for a refund. Despite a follow up, the refund email address just ghosted me and never got back to me, so I'm left with a jacket I didn't order and no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM OKOHOKO
