I'm confused about this situation and didn't expect to face so many issues after spending a significant amount. The box clearly indicates part 1 of 2, so why weren't both sent together? FedEx shows only one box was picked up! Now I'm left without a chair, clutter in my office, a hefty bill, and no clear way to contact the seller!
