I got this as a Present for Xmas, it’s been a nightmare ever since, if Gon was my employee he’d be fired, the product has many manufacturering defects, my first problem was no padding in seat back between the paddles and back of the chair, they stuck in my back, had to have a furniture company come in and put padding at the cost of 200, now I’ve noticed that the seat cushion is breaking down with the promise of a new seat being sent but they won’t send it, Gon keeps saying it’s on the way, shame on Facebook for allowing such deception to be published over and over, china is killing this companies reputation
I ordered the M78 directly from their website. It came fairly quickly. However, the next day it stopped functioning. Support helped me troubleshoot but couldn't get it working. They didn't want to send me parts to have to work on it myself (though it seems you can get them) but sent an entire replacement chart at no cost. Super happy! And, it's a great chair.

Since the pandemic, I’ve gone through three different chairs while working from my home office, but I believe this chair will last me a decade! Additionally, the support team promptly sent a new charger when the original was damaged in a flood, which has made me certain that this company will be my first choice in the future. I ordered the chair that comes in two boxes, but only received one. I tried reaching out to the company using the phone number provided, but it only leads to an outdated voicemail. I'm confused about this situation and didn't expect to face so many issues after spending a significant amount. The box clearly indicates part 1 of 2, so why weren't both sent together? FedEx shows only one box was picked up! Now I'm left without a chair, clutter in my office, a hefty bill, and no clear way to contact the seller!

I bought an upgraded executive chair, but it didn’t come with the cord needed to connect the charger. I also had trouble threading the screws into one of the arms. I contacted the company, and they responded within five minutes. The chair arrived quickly, although I wasn't informed that it was on its way—I just happened to check my order status.
