I ordered this chair and initially had some concerns about the price and the wait time for its assembly. However, it was absolutely worth the wait and the investment. Since the pandemic, I’ve gone through three different chairs while working from my home office, but I believe this chair will last me a decade! Additionally, the support team promptly sent a new charger when the original was damaged in a flood, which has made me certain that this company will be my first choice in the future.
