I decided to get one large frying pan, which is what I use the most and test it out before I purchased anymore. We have used it to sear meat for chili, scrambled and fried eggs, steak, turkey patties, various vegetables among others. We have been extremely happy with the performance of the pan. Little to no sticking issues, even cooking and easy cleanup. We cook at the recommended medium heat level, although have used medium high on occasion with no issues. Now that we have experience with this pan, we will be purchasing various other size Okura pots and pans to round out our cooking needs
