My first interaction with Okura was to email a question about product construction and components. They promptly answered my question and gave me the information that I needed to make a decision. I decided to get one large frying pan, which is what I use the most and test it out before I purchased anymore. We have used it to sear meat for chili, scrambled and fried eggs, steak, turkey patties, various vegetables among others. We have been extremely happy with the performance of the pan. Little to no sticking issues, even cooking and easy cleanup. We cook at the recommended medium heat level, although have used medium high on occasion with no issues. Now that we have experience with this pan, we will be purchasing various other size Okura pots and pans to round out our cooking needs

Can confirm Okura cookware - frying pans to be exact is such an excellent choice to have. It really proves true what it says in their ads. Should have bought the three frying pans set long time ago. Am so glad I did now … confident that am cooking in healthy and safe pans for my family. I have followed the instructions for my new pan carefully, but find that some foods still "stick". However, adding a little "water soak" after the meal, and everything releases easily. I bought the skillet with two handles, as I needed a good pan that wasn't heavy, and was easy for me to lift and move. Two handles are better than one!
