I had a very disappointing experience with Ola services. On 21st January, I booked an Ola cab from Thane to Mulund to attend my son’s annual day. Unfortunately, the ride was cancelled at the last moment, and I was unable to find any local vehicle. This was extremely shocking and stressful.
Again, on 13th February, I booked an Ola from Thane to Vikhroli. The app kept showing “10 minutes” ETA, but even after 30 minutes, the status did not change. This kind of misleading information is unacceptable and a complete waste of time.
Overall, Ola’s service has been highly unreliable and very poor. Such experiences have caused major inconvenience, and I am extremely dissatisfied.
