Worst App. There is no proper support feasibility in App. Only Support option is there. If I click that there is no other option. How to add the issue then? App is currently a updated one. But still seeing this issues. While booking parcel, it was 93 Rupees. Bike ride was 120 and Auto ride was 170. I just need to deliver Parcel so choosed parcel delivery. After the delivery it was showing 273. When I ask delivery guy he has no clue about it. There is no way to reach Customer Service. How this issue can be fixed. What if there is an emergeny or SOS situation in cab or auto. If a female as to raise the issue, there is no option to raise. It will just ask to choose options and thats it ask for a feedback. Is it useful or not. Yes or no. Whatever you do, it will say thanks for feedback, Even if somebody is getting issue, OLA never cares. When It doesnt care customers then it should be in market. Hope it must be banned asap so that there wont be any issue faced by the customers. Uber and Rapido are wat better than this reaching customer service.

Absolutely pathetic service. Drivers keep cancelling the ride again and again. I had to book 2–3 times and every single time the driver cancelled after making me wait for a long time. What’s the point of booking if drivers can just cancel whenever they want?
Long waiting, zero reliability, and no accountability. Very frustrating experience. Totally unprofessional service. Not dependable at all.

Its pathetic service, no point of contact incase of any issues during the ride. Bavish Agarwal is just making money without providing proper service. I had booked a cab and the driver stopped in between saying he needs cash to fill the diesel, I had made the payment online by then. Tried to contact ola in various options but absolutely no use. None of the customer service modes are functional. I think they have just kept Nodel office escalation just for name sake which goes to IVRS and definetly doesnt give you the solution,

I had a very disappointing experience with Ola services. On 21st January, I booked an Ola cab from Thane to Mulund to attend my son’s annual day. Unfortunately, the ride was cancelled at the last moment, and I was unable to find any local vehicle. This was extremely shocking and stressful.

Again, on 13th February, I booked an Ola from Thane to Vikhroli. The app kept showing “10 minutes” ETA, but even after 30 minutes, the status did not change. This kind of misleading information is unacceptable and a complete waste of time.

Overall, Ola’s service has been highly unreliable and very poor. Such experiences have caused major inconvenience, and I am extremely dissatisfied.

Terrible and deceptive transportation service

This is the worst and most fraudulent transportation service I've encountered. While you might get a ride that seems affordable, you'll struggle to file a complaint. They don't provide a customer service phone number or any email contact. Their support email is ineffective and rarely responds to customer issues. I strongly advise against using their postpaid option. The drivers pressure you to pay, and your account will show an amount due, preventing you from using the service or canceling it until it's cleared. My issue has been unresolved for over 25 days since December 18, 2025. Additionally, there was a fraudulent attempt to extract Rs. 20,000 from me in their name, which I managed to thwart due to my caution. This company feels like a scam.

This service has deteriorated significantly. Drivers frequently decline accepted rides, and the company does not take action against them. I waited at a major transport hub for over an hour and ultimately opted for a more reliable option. The app is not user-friendly at all. There is no way to contact them via email or phone. If you encounter an issue, you're left relying solely on their mobile application for support. I had an incident on a specific date in a major city and tried to reach out through the app multiple times. Each time I submitted a complaint, I received a generic response stating that a refund would be generated in seven days. Seventeen days later, nothing had happened, and I had no way of knowing the status. Their postpaid service feels like a trap to retain our money for an extended period. I ended up paying cash to the driver, yet my account still reflects the same amount owed. Truly frustrating. To avoid falling into this trap, I highly recommend steering clear of this service. A more reliable option is another platform that often provides rides at lower prices and with fewer hassles.

Frequent calls from fraudulent landline numbers claiming to be from the government.

I receive daily calls from fraudulent landline numbers that are not associated with the government. The automated messages threaten legal action regarding unpaid dues. According to my records, I've only traveled once in the past four months. If there is indeed a balance, I request someone to come and collect the 500/-rs. I cannot click the links being sent in the name of the service. Please, the service needs to protect its reputation in the country and investigate who is tarnishing its name.

Unacceptable service with disruptions

The service was extremely poor; the auto was not booked and showed as having no drivers available. Eventually, it got booked automatically, but I never received a notification. I ended up using another app. The driver from the first service arrived and created a scene, disrupting my ride with the other app and yelling at me to cancel. This was a truly frustrating experience.
