I initiated a return, and according to the tracking information, it arrived on January 5th. Despite multiple emails inquiring about my refund, I have received no replies. I'm still waiting for any communication from them! I returned an item worth over EUR200, which is a lot for me. I'm hoping to draw their attention through this review, as my daily emails remain unanswered.
