Frustrating return experience

I started a return and the tracking shows it was received on January 5th. However, I have not received any responses to my inquiries about my refund. I'm still waiting for a reply, but there's been no communication! I returned a bomber jacket worth over EUR200, which is a significant expense for me. I'm trying to get their attention through this review since my daily emails have gone unanswered.

No response after initiating a return

I initiated a return, and according to the tracking information, it arrived on January 5th. Despite multiple emails inquiring about my refund, I have received no replies. I'm still waiting for any communication from them! I returned an item worth over EUR200, which is a lot for me. Good products, but customer service falls short

I ordered several items during a busy sale period, and delivery took about 3–4 weeks. I received an email stating that two items were out of stock, which was disappointing but acceptable. I asked if I could get those items in a larger size instead of a refund since they were still available, but was told that the promotional price couldn't be applied retroactively. This lack of flexibility is disappointing for a brand that claims to care about its customers. I will be returning my order and won't shop with them again.

Sizing issue with my order during a sale

I ordered a pair of pants during a sale, but they turned out to be too big. I requested a return and eventually received confirmation to send the item back. However, weeks have passed since I returned the pants, and I've yet to get any response despite sending several emails and messages on social media. This was a purchase of €130, and I doubt I'll shop with them again.

Package returned without delivery attempt

My package was returned by the delivery service without ever being attempted for delivery. Despite reaching out to support, I was told they couldn't resend it and that I would need to repurchase at full price. I didn't receive a discount, and the customer service response was simply that it was 'part of the game.' This approach is not suitable for a community-focused store.
