I ordered several items during a busy sale period, and delivery took about 3–4 weeks. I received an email stating that two items were out of stock, which was disappointing but acceptable. I asked if I could get those items in a larger size instead of a refund since they were still available, but was told that the promotional price couldn't be applied retroactively. This lack of flexibility is disappointing for a brand that claims to care about its customers. I will be returning my order and won't shop with them again.
