The product didn’t work for me. I was given two options: return the unopened product for a refund, or keep it and receive a 10% refund. Since 10% seemed unreasonable, I chose to return two unopened bottles.I had to pay for the return shipping, and was informed that 10% would be deducted for restocking. However, after returning two bottles, I only received a refund for one. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel misled by the company’s policies and service.I hope someone can look into this, as it feels dishonest and unfair.
