OLIVITA IS A SCAM AND TRUST PILOT HAS BECOME A JOKE!!! Olavita is clearly bullsh!t. They claim "satisfaction guarantee", which is a lie. When you ACTUALLY want a refund, it doesnt happen. You only get a refund if the bottles are unopened? Well how would you know if the product does or doesnt work IF THE BOTTLES ARE UNOPENED?? And even getting a refund AT ALL is just NOT gonna happen. And it isnt just me; review after review of people who are just NOT going to get any sort of refund from this crap company. The product is garbage and the company is a total scam. Aoid this company like the plague.And what happened to Trust Pilot? Obviously fake reviews from made up names. BS Facebook reviews from made up people. Review after review with the last sentence being "I'll definitely keep this in my skin care rotation"? REALLY? That's quite a coincidence! Trust Pilot used to be good. Now there is zero reason to "trust" them. If they cant see that these reviews are fake then there's no reason to trust them at all. AVOID OLIVITA WHICH IS A TOTAL SCAM!! AND DO NOT TRUST THE TRUST PILOT SITE ANYMORE!!
Hey Trust Pilot, we trust you that’s why we’re here.Surely your staff and algorithms can tell the BS from the real people. Why on earth would you put up the obviously fake reviews planted by the Olavita ‘company’?Notice how there were positive reviews early on (so clearly AI generated BS). Then a couple of ridiculous responses to dissatisfied customers and then, silence from them. Ladies trust the majority of reviews which say this is a scam.And TrustPilot, pick up your game so you can remain the one site we can find trustworthy reviews. Respect your contributors or risk us losing faith in your site.
The product didn’t work for me. I was given two options: return the unopened product for a refund, or keep it and receive a 10% refund. Since 10% seemed unreasonable, I chose to return two unopened bottles.I had to pay for the return shipping, and was informed that 10% would be deducted for restocking. However, after returning two bottles, I only received a refund for one. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel misled by the company’s policies and service.I hope someone can look into this, as it feels dishonest and unfair.
I ordered one product and at the checkout i was offered a package at a special price. I was charged for the original product, PLUS the offer package. I cancelled my order within minutes, but they came back to say it had been despatched!!!! Within minutes it had been packed up, labelled and on its way to me RUBBISH. They have now given me an address in USA to return the goods!!!!!!! So pay for goods to go to USA and they want to deduct 10% for someone to put them back on their shelves RUBBISH COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.I understand that Olavita are requesting more information, so what do they require? I have to return the parcel to USA at my expense. This order was cancelled within minutes of placing, yet I was told it had already been despatched. Read the reviews on GOOGLE. They’re horrendous, and listed as a SCAM. Luckily I paid on my American Express so I will get all my money back, over £100. Others may not be so lucky. SO BE WARNED & BEWARE.I have now returned this parcel to Olavita, so not only was it £20 for the parcel, but a got an email for a further £18.77 required now for duty. All parcels into USA duty is applied. I shall be claiming this back too. But I repeat. Do not deal with this company EVER! I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought 5 bottles and spent around $300 when I noticed all of the bad reviews. I decided to return for a refund. In order to do this you have to send them a picture showing that the boxes are not damaged and not opened then they send you a form to fill out and put the tracking number on it then put it inside the package. I bought insurance on the package and it says that someone signed for it but they can’t find it. How convenient is that? You will not get your money back so save your money and don’t purchase from this scam company!
