I can't believe this order was processed. I contacted them within two minutes of the confirmation email, but they refused to refund me five times, even though the item hadn't shipped. The next day, I received a message saying it had already shipped. I repeatedly stated I had canceled the order. Ultimately, I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. After threatening them, they only refunded half of my money. Once the claim was filed, they refunded the full amount. I recommend being cautious with this company, as many reviews suggest!
