Review Time
I ordered 1 product, they tried to add on a product. I contacted my credit card company, so they did refund me for the extra charge, but only because I stopped the charge. However, I have never received the actual product that I did order over a month and 1/2 ago. I have contacted their Customer Support multiple time and they just keep apologizing, saying they are working on it. This company is not trustworthy!
So Olavita have told me in their last 2 replies to my reviews, that they have processed my refund and written to me about it,. Well it is really laughable, as Olavita are now asking me my name (have a little look at.my 19 emails to yourselves, and also my name on these bad reviews). Also they want my email address..again, see my emails which give you all the information needed to track my order and how I proved I returned your useless products to China and every detail necessary to genuinely process my refund, which.you claim to have already done. Surely you know the difference in the truth and a lie? You have been caught out.
Olavita still deny sending me an email saying they will give me my refund if I take off my bad reviews. Also not true. I can provide a screenshot of it to anybody who is interested. If I were able to attach it to this review, I would. I have quoted from it in the past.
So, by now Olavita, if you don't know my name and email and all the details necessary, then refer back to my 19 emails. You haven't earned a one star rating by being transparent.

I felt coerced into purchasing more than I intended. I specified I didn't want a subscription, yet they deducted $44 from my account again. The lotion feels drying, and I believe it has made my skin appear older. They refuse to accept any returns, claiming I subscribed. I did not. I reached out to them to cancel, but they plan to charge me another $44 before allowing me to cancel. I'm going to cancel my card tomorrow.
I strongly advise against ordering this product. I subscribed but upon receiving my order, I changed my mind. I left the packages unopened and reached out for a return, as the website claims a 90-day return policy. However, they informed me that returns are not permitted for subscriptions.

The next day, I received a message saying it had already shipped. I repeatedly stated I had canceled the order. Ultimately, I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. After threatening them, they only refunded half of my money. Once the claim was filed, they refunded the full amount. I recommend being cautious with this company, as many reviews suggest!

I haven't purchased this product, but I've noticed that many online listings use the brand name incorrectly. I wanted to buy it and found many similar items. Upon closer inspection, the branding on the original product differs significantly. It's essential to verify product authenticity before making online purchases.
We need to put an end to these scams! Many people want affordable beauty products but often overlook the company's policies and practices. I had a similar experience years ago but luckily dealt with a reputable company. We must pay attention to details to avoid being scammed! It's disheartening that some people try to deceive others out of their hard-earned money. Karma will catch up with them!
