This company is committing INTERNET FRAUD.
I ordered one three bottle set in February 2026. I wasn't informed that I'd been added to Olavita's monthly Subscription program until my Unauthorized second order was in transit, which will be delivered on March 20,2026.
I did not authorize a subscription, and certainly did not place a second order. I've been emailing and receiving canned requests as answers. I've tried calling but can never get through. Then I find out if you order using their special sale price, Which They Strongly Recommend, you forfeit the right to a return!
After many emails, they agreed to cancel remaining orders, AFTER the Next one ships. That means I'll be paying for the shipment in transit plus another one next month (April). I THINK NOT.
This company is using Bait and Switch which is clearly Fraud, plus Elder Abuse. I will soon be 83, so I qualify for protection under all Elderly Abuse laws.
I would urge any dissatisfied customer of Olavita to contact their Local, State and Government offices and report this company. That is exactly what I am doing. Perhaps we can all unite for a class action suit..
Whatever you do, DO NOT supply your credit/debit card to Olavita. They will make unauthorized charges to your card. And Continue making them until you close your card.
