Customer service is lacking; I reached out twice via email without any response. They seem to be stalling. I ordered a coat for cooler weather, but the parcel has taken so long to arrive that I won’t be able to use it since it's warming up. I’m extremely disappointed. The website advertised express 2-day shipping, but that wasn't the case. If they cannot send my parcel for any reason, I want a refund, but they are not taking any action.
