Worse Customer Service - Paul (Director)Having searched around for professional companies to move our small house contents we contacted this company. Their rep came to our house, did no Covid checks upon arrival and was very blunt and direct in his questions. They charge per box, and you have to arrange the boxes to be returned to them. You also have to go and collect the boxes from their warehouse, not delivered to home like most companies. You then need to arrange to return the boxes from your new home (mine is 3 hours away) - the most frustrating thing about this company is when I challenged them about their over priced quotations (compared to Pickfords etc) Paul the Director was so rude in his reply he said it was a joke me asking for a breakdown.... His customer service skills are so bad I would simply avoid this company unless you dont mind being ripped off and dont mind being told you dont know your own home contents or the miles his drivers need to travel... AVOID!
