I ordered 8 CDs on 6/2/25. I wrote in my ledger I should receive them by 6/20/25, but I did not. Their website continued to say the order was “in process”. On 6/27 I called a csr. He said they have all but one CD, which has to be imported. He said they should receive it in a few days, and that I would get an email when they were sent to me. This is 7/10, the site still says “ in process”, I’ve received no info from them, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and received a full instant credit.
