I waited over a month for an order to ship. I contacted customer service and was told that one item was backordered, which their system didn't indicate. I responded and asked if that item could be removed to ship faster and received no response. The order finally shipped and was delivered to the wrong address where someone else signed for it. I contacted them again and was told to deal with it through the post office and that they would not refund orders that were delivered and signed for. Luckily, I was able to track down the package, which was not easy. The cherry on top....one item clearly labelled as "vinyl" on their site and on my order, turned out to be a cd.
