High fees that increase every year (+10% the first year), extremely slow procedure.I was a victim of a motorcycle accident that wasn’t my fault.It is still not resolved after 2 months. They offered me a bad coverage even if I am on a premium contract. And few weeks after making me a first offert for my claim, they took it back and made a lower one.They are absolutely rude, not taking consideration for the victims.And their emergency hotline is a joke : I was bounced from one service to another while I was still on the floor from my accident.Terrible, will find someone else as soon as my yearly contract with them is finished.
