Ordered some items online, and they shipped in two separate packages. That's fine, but in the second package, I'm missing a pair of jeans. Instead, I got a patriotic shirt. I understand mix-ups happen. My problem is when I've called to get either my $$ back, or my jeans sent to me. I've called 2x, and was on hold so long, their system hung up on me. I'm calling again, but if I get the automatic hang-up, I will be calling my nearest store for help.
