The company misrepresents its shipping policies. After providing my credit card, they charged me for shipping and additional fees without my consent. Customer service even admitted they could charge whatever they wanted once they had my card information. This is unjust and likely illegal. They repeatedly accessed my account weeks after my order, charging taxes multiple times on items I had already paid tax for. The treatment I received was appalling, with representatives being rude and dismissive. I will never shop with them again.
Their return policy has become unreasonable. I returned a pair of pants that were unworn, with tags still attached, and they claimed they were used. I returned them within a week, but they refused to accept the return. The policies regarding returns are now overly strict and nonsensical. I will not shop with this company again.
Old Navy seems to be losing its appeal. I remember when it first opened and felt trendy and affordable. They need to regain that vibe, starting with their in-store credit card policies. The high APR is frustrating, but the inability to pay at the store where I made my purchase feels intentional, possibly to encourage late payments and fees.
I was stunned by how I was treated after ordering over $100 in clothing. The package arrived damaged, with five items missing. After a lengthy call with customer service, I was told to submit a claim online. Although I received a refund, I was later sent a letter accusing me of being a potential thief without any proof needed from them. I documented everything to show I was not at fault, but they ignored my evidence. As a long-time supporter of the brand, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this experience.
