I bought a tap from Olif and after 2 years the gold/brass finish has rubbed away. At nearly £500 for a tap this is deeply disappointing. I contacted the company to find a solution and I was told it was because I was using Ecover to wash my dishes. This is quite outlandish and a total fob off. They also don't publish reviews on their website that are less than 5* so that is also misleading. For a £500 tap you'd expect better customer care.
