They were really friendly and explained things in detail when we weren't sure which sink/taps we wanted. We went with a gold sink and tap and when the colour of the tap didn't match the sink, they were extremely helpful and happy for us to exchange it.However! Since having the sink fitted we've been ever so careful with it, but it has scratched quite easily after only one month of use. It's a sink! You should be able to use it without worrying it will get scratched. Not sure it was worth the £600-odd price tag even though it is aesthetically beautiful.
