This is a company without reliability. During a recent sale on their website, I bought a jacket using a discount coupon. The support team informed me that they couldn't fulfill my order because the item was out of stock. What's even more absurd is that when I placed my order, the inventory showed it was available for immediate delivery. Additionally, other colors and sizes of the same jacket were being sold normally. I suggested changing the color or size to continue with the order, but the support team denied my request and canceled my order. I tried to seek compensation from them, but they offered a trivial 10% discount coupon, which was pointless since I had already used a similar discount. Their attitude and the way they handled my case left me feeling very frustrated. I highly recommend avoiding this website; it feels like a scam. The attached screenshot supports my claims.
