Firstly, it's challenging to respond to this survey when it's in Italian. The main positive experience was the quick response from the support team and their helpful service. My concern was about the shipping time; I was on vacation for 7 days in Greece, so I thought placing an order was safe with a 72-hour delivery window. However, the courier indicated that for some destinations, delivery could take 6 days. Thankfully, I received my order on the last evening of my vacation.
As a repeat customer, I ordered three pairs of shoes from this store over the last nine months. The first two transactions were smooth, with shipping fees around $22. However, for a recent order, the shipping fee was $63—about three times the previous amount. The shoes arrived in the wrong size, which I don’t believe was my fault. They were unworn, but when I asked to return them for the correct size, I was denied. I was advised to try reselling them instead! Additionally, I received a bill from UPS for $65 in duties on the shipment of the wrong-size shoes. I was shocked, especially as a loyal customer, and when I appealed, their final offer was a 10% refund. I am at a loss for words. Buyer beware!
