As a repeat customer, I ordered three pairs of shoes from this store over the last nine months. The first two transactions were smooth, with shipping fees around $22. However, for a recent order, the shipping fee was $63—about three times the previous amount. The shoes arrived in the wrong size, which I don’t believe was my fault. They were unworn, but when I asked to return them for the correct size, I was denied. I was advised to try reselling them instead! Additionally, I received a bill from UPS for $65 in duties on the shipment of the wrong-size shoes. I was shocked, especially as a loyal customer, and when I appealed, their final offer was a 10% refund. I am at a loss for words. Buyer beware!
