This company lacks trustworthiness. During a recent sale, I ordered a jacket using a discount coupon. The support team told me they couldn’t fulfill my order due to the item being out of stock, even though it was listed as available for immediate delivery when I purchased it. To make matters worse, other colors and sizes of the same jacket were still available. I suggested changing to a different color or size to proceed with my order, but my request was denied, and my order was abruptly canceled. I sought compensation, but they offered a mere 10% discount coupon, which was useless since I had already used a similar discount. The support team's attitude and handling of my case left me feeling very frustrated. I strongly recommend avoiding this website; it feels like a scam. The attached screenshot backs up my claims.
