I had a terrible experience; if I could give 0 stars, I would. The jewelry is low-quality, drop-shipped from abroad, and looks nothing like the photos. I only discovered this when I inquired about my delayed parcel, which I had ordered for my mother's birthday. She was disappointed and remarked, “it looks like it came from a Christmas cracker.” When I asked for a refund, the customer service was unhelpful and kept stalling. The same items are available for under £5 elsewhere, yet this seller charges over £45. Outrageous. Interestingly, once I mentioned reporting them, my refund appeared a few days later. Telling, isn't it? Save your money and steer clear of this seller.
