I ordered a linked ring necklace for my niece’s 18th birthday. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive after three weeks, and the party was approaching quickly. The customer service was fantastic, searching for the delivery and sending a replacement overnight so it would arrive in time. My niece cherished it, and the quality was impressive. She wore it right away and looked stunning.

When I reached out, instead of taking responsibility, they insisted I pay to return their faulty product, despite consumer laws requiring them to cover return costs for defective items. The quality was very cheap, nothing like it appeared online. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I do NOT recommend this seller. There are much better businesses out there that respect their customers’ rights.
Low-quality jewelry. I bought it from a UK website advertised as a local store. The item shipped from abroad with no branded packaging and arrived in a cheap plastic bag. The chain is very thin and likely to break soon. Very misleading seller.

I only discovered this when I inquired about my delayed parcel, which I had ordered for my mother's birthday. She was disappointed and remarked, “it looks like it came from a Christmas cracker.” When I asked for a refund, the customer service was unhelpful and kept stalling. The same items are available for under £5 elsewhere, yet this seller charges over £45. Outrageous. Interestingly, once I mentioned reporting them, my refund appeared a few days later. Telling, isn't it? Save your money and steer clear of this seller.
