I bought a necklace from this seller, which arrived defective, late, and not as described. When I reached out, instead of taking responsibility, they insisted I pay to return their faulty product, despite consumer laws requiring them to cover return costs for defective items. The quality was very cheap, nothing like it appeared online. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I do NOT recommend this seller. There are much better businesses out there that respect their customers’ rights.
