First the menus didn't have the newly advertised meals in it like the steak gorgonzola and others, next ordered that but without the balsamic glaze, but it still came with the glaze on, sent it back. Was told it would be put on a quick list, but my spouse finished their meal before this even came out. Then waitress never asked if we wanted a second bowl of soup before the meal came out. Then asked for a refill of the peach iced tea and got unsweetened tea instead. Lastly, was charged for playing games which we never touched. Took 3 people to remove that from bill.
